Payment Terms

Our subscription service operates under the following payment terms:

• Monthly subscription fee is $250 CAD plus applicable taxes
• Payments are due monthly in advance via authorized payment methods
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7-day grace period
• Subscription can be cancelled with 30-day written notice

Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will provide final consultation session if requested.

Service Disclaimers

Our consultation services are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results may vary significantly based on personal circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our consultation services.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Synctopic against claims arising from misuse of consultation services, failure to disclose material information, or implementation of suggestions contrary to professional advice.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes through fair and efficient mechanisms.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Canadian arbitration rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English in the province where our services are provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Canadian federal law and the laws of the province where services are provided. Canadian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Severability

Entire Agreement
