Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, shouted and struggled with law enforcement Tuesday before entering a Pennsylvania courthouse for an extradition hearing. Mangione was denied bail and contested extradition to New York.

Luigi Mangione, 26, was arrested in connection with UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson's killing after a McDonald's employee in Pennsylvania called police.

"He has constitutional rights and that's what he's doing" in challenging the interstate transfer, his attorney, Thomas Dickey, told reporters in Pennsylvania.
